Program Overview

Leading Ladies actively engages participants in an 8-12 week comprehensive program that uses peer-to-peer mentoring, group mentoring, and one on one mentoring as models to empower, connect and transform the lives of young ladies ages 6-18. These models are implemented as the overall framework to help our girls learn through practical experience, strategic character-building workshops, and the building of positive mentoring relationships that aid them in becoming the leaders they were destined to be.
