We empower girls to increase their self-esteem, maximize leadership skills, establish meaningful connections, and equip them with the tools needed to pursue their dreams and positively transform their lives to change the world around them.

What We Do

At Leading Ladies Mentoring Academy, we empower girls to thrive through interactive workshops and engaging activities designed to promote self-worth, foster healthy relationships, and connect young ladies from diverse backgrounds.

Our programs equip girls with the tools and confidence to navigate modern challenges such as conflict resolution, creating healthy boundaries, childhood trauma, identifying toxic friendships and relationships, and the pressures of social media. We address the impact of social media on self-esteem, helping girls build healthy digital habits and develop a positive self-image in an increasingly online world.

We also prioritize body positivity, guiding girls to embrace and celebrate their unique identities, while combating societal pressures that can damage self-worth and body confidence.

We offer customized, impactful programming in safe, non-judgmental environments tailored to the specific needs of organizations, schools, and churches.

By fostering a supportive space, we actively work to reduce relational aggression and bullying among girls, creating a culture of mutual respect and empowerment.

Each of our workshops, programs, and sessions is developmentally appropriate and designed to meet the unique needs of participants, ensuring that our mission and core values are at the heart of everything we do.
